Greetings,

I just posted an updated draft of IPP Enterprise Printing Extensions v2.0 to the FTP site in advance of next week's F2F:

   https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/wd/wd-ippepx20-20230203.pdf
   https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/wd/wd-ippepx20-20230203.docx
   https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/wd/wd-ippepx20-20230203-rev.pdf
   https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/wd/wd-ippepx20-20230203-rev.docx

Changes:

• Added clarifying language to section 5.1 "Get-User-Printer-Attributes" for how to interpret the error status codes and what they might indicate;
• Added additional requirements to "proof-copies-supported" requiring the Printer support 'spooling' for the "job-spooling-supported" Printer Description attribute.
• Re-generated all figures in section 4.5 by copying the originals from an HP PowerPoint template to a PWG plenary template, and restructured several of them to correctly describe Job Proof and Suspend;
• Changed the normative requirement for "job-storage-group" from OPTIONAL to CONDITIONALLY REQUIRED;
• Added the 'unknown' out-of-band value as an acceptable syntax for the "job-password-repertoire-configured" Printer Description attribute;
• Extended the maximum length of "job-password-length-supported" to better support UTF-8 scenarios;
• Cleaned up mention of attributes that were moved to PPX or JOBEXT but were incompletely removed in earlier drafts; and
• Wrapped keywords in single quotes and other editorial cleanup.

Cheers,

Smith
