media-types gentle reminder

To our colleagues at IPP PWG,

Per the IPP IANA Registration site<https://www.iana.org/assignments/ipp-registrations/ipp-registrations.xhtml> the following media types are now part of PWG Media Standardized Names v2.1 (Sept 15, 2023)<https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/candidates/cs-pwgmsn21-20230915-5101.1.pdf>

Can “XEROX-MEDIATYPES-20201202” be replaced with link to the latest standards document?

Also note, the links for all of the media types at the IPP IANA Registration site have a link to the old PWG5101.1 v2.0 (March 28, 2013)<https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/candidates/cs-pwgmsn20-20130328-5101.1.pdf>.  Should those links be updated to point to the latest standard?
