I have posted an updated stable draft of the Internet Printing Protocol/2.x Fourth Edition (BASE) specification to:

This update fixes the conformance requirements for Close-Job, finishings, and media to match the currently published 3rd edition. I would appreciate some more eyes on this, particularly with the changes to PWG 5100.1 through 5100.11.
