Gotcha, thank you. This raises one more question, the printers I have don't support media-size-name on media-col, this would mean I'd need to supply media-size dimensions instead? ________________________________ From: Michael Sweet <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, December 15, 2024 1:38 PM To: Andy Singer <[email protected]> Cc: PWG IPP Workgroup <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [IPP] IPP Offset Stacking Andy, > On Dec 15, 2024, at 12:07 PM, Andy Singer <[email protected]> wrote: > > That's simple enough, thank you! Is there any harm in specifying both? ippeveprinter doesn't report any errors if both are present, > > job-attributes-tag > media (keyword) na_legal_8.5x14in > print-color-mode (keyword) monochrome > media-col (collection) {media-color=monochrome media-size-name=na_legal_8.5x14in} ippeveprinter should be rejecting the job if both media and media-col are specified. I'll make sure that gets fixed... https://github.com/OpenPrinting/libcups/issues/95 Specifying both media and print-color-mode or media-col and print-color-mode is no problem, though, just mixing both media and media-col. ________________________ Michael Sweet _______________________________________________ ipp mailing list [email protected] https://www.pwg.org/mailman/listinfo/ipp
