I can look into #2 as well and capture some traces to see what's going on. I'm assuming the steps are to use IppServer with the landscape.conf configuration file.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [IPP] Results of landscape envelope testing

All,

I did some testing using ippeveprinter to simulate a printer that supported both portrait and landscape US #10 envelopes (4-1/8" x 9-1/2"). The configuration file is attached.

Results:

1. macOS 15.2: Added, with the landscape envelope size showing up as 241.3x104.78mm with hint text of "9.50 by 4.13 inches". Printing produced the expected content size and orientation.

2. Windows 11: Failed to add. Still investigating.

3. Linux/Ubuntu 24.04.1: Added, extra borderless versions of the envelope sizes even though non-borderless margins are provided.

4. iOS 18.2.1: Shows 241.3 x 104.8 mm envelope as the default paper size, A4 and Letter selectable.

5. Android 14 (default print service): Doesn't show any envelope sizes (just letter and A4)

I didn't have a chance to test with ChromeOS (my Chromebook battery is dead) but I'm expecting something similar to Linux (#3).
