Registration of new media sizes to IANA IPP registry

Canon would like to request PWG to add following new media sizes to IANA IPP registry and MSN2.1.

Also, we would like to request PWG to fix the typo in the name of 12x15 media size in the spec (PWG5101.1).
Current Name: “oe_photo-12r-12x15in”
Expected Name: “oe_photo-12r_12x15in” --> Change needed from "-"(hyphen) to "_"(underscore)
