I will go ahead and file the errata against MSN 2.1 for the 12r size.

You 3 is already in the current IPP Envelope Media Extensions v1.0 registration:

We can certainly add You 1 (as "jpn_you1_176x120mm" to keep with the landscape dimensions for long-edge flap envelopes solution), as that's another envelope size.

For the other sizes we should just treat them as value registrations that will get added to a future update of MSN - that way they will be in the IANA IPP registry "right away" vs. just waiting for MSN 2.2 (which we haven't even scheduled).

I've added this topic to the agenda for this week's meeting.
