Re: SCHEDULE CHANGE: IPP WG Meetings in October and November

Hi Mike,

In late August, the PWG Steering Committee agreed to move the November
meeting out a week to
11/18 to 11/19.  So the proposed move of 11/06 to 11/13 would be
appropriate for final check on
IPP WG slides, since 11/06 conflicts with IETF 124 (Montreal) anyway.

I agree that we should just cancel 11/20 (day after F2F) or the move to
11/27 (US Thanksgiving).

And resume on-cycle in December.
