RFC8011 is ambiguous for 'compression' attribute

create-job simply defers to print-job as far as attributes supplied: https:=
//datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8011#section-4.2.4
However, send-document looks like the correct operation to send the 'compre=
ssion' IPP attribute on: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8011#sect=
ion-4.3.1
This can lead to confusion since print-job also specifies 'compression' as =
an operation attribute.
