Hi,

can the WG please analyze Bert's MIB doctor review of this draft and
decide whether it requires another revision? There seem to be a few
remaining issues.

I'll hold the document at AD Evaluation::AD Followup until the WG either
clears this version as ready to go forward, or revises it.
