However, our client doesn't support PPK. For interop, we could do it via NIST NCCoE PQC Migration to PQC <https://www.nccoe.nist.gov/applied-cryptography/migration-to-pqc>. Microsoft is already a consortium member, so it should be pretty straightforward.
