Re: IPSP MIBs usage review needed

I had a long talk with Wes Hardaker about the IPSP MIB.

My understanding was that it simply can not progress, because the
requirement that it use the DTMF object model conflicts with MIB doctor
review that suggests that the MIB should be far simpler.

Someone will need to make a decision so that this MIB can progress.
