how to define new cheme for ipsec policy?

Hi List:
        I am define new ldap scheme for Ipsec policy,the new class sample list below:
 
objectclass deviceprofile
 requires
  objectclass,
  cn,
  devicerulesreference
 allows
 
what i do notknow is: how to define the new class's OID(Object Identifier),can any one help me?
