Yes Bob. It is not mandatory to be used. I was simply responding to
Adrian’s point that he does not see any allocation yet. To the wireshark
dissector point I would think that this prefix would be a good reasonable
default, and that could be overridden by the operator if they run with a
LOC in their own address space.
