[6lo] Conclusion of WG Last Call on draft-ietf-6lo-prefix-regi stration-06

The WG Last Call on the "IPv6 Neighbor Discovery Prefix Registration" draft
[1] has ended.

During the WG Last Call, 4 messages were received (all of them in support
of advancing the draft).

The next step is assigning a shepherd for the draft. Should anyone want to
