I support publication as well.
I found some nits in the definition section as below. The remainder of the
document reads well.

3.  Definition of Terms

   PASA Root:
 s/It uses the an Address Assignment/ It uses an Address Assignment

 PASA Host:
 s/address Assignment Function/Address Assignment Function
 or just call AAF.

  PASA Router:
 s/Address Assignment Function (AAF)/AAF
