Re: WG Adoption poll for draft-hegde-isis-advertising-te-protocols

Given the revised text in 
https://www.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-isis-te-app-01.txt section 6, 
draft-hegde-isis-advertising-te-protocols does not bring any new 
functionality and is not needed.
