I will be happy to set up the list, and then I will announce it
in this list for people to re-join.

UCDavis has an open source linux implementation. If any one is
interested, please let me know (I was too busy to put it on the
web, but will do that soon).

I don't think there is a newer draft since the Yokohama meeting.
