Traced packet for IPv6 (draft-04)

Hello,

Draft-04 says in 2.5 as follows;

  1) Complete Packet Header (>=20 octets)                .
  2) Packet body   (>= 8 octets)

I think when we handle traced packet of IPv6,

  a) 8 octets (Version, Priority, Flow label, Payload length, Next header, 
Hop limit)
  b) 32 octets (IPv6 Source/Destination addresses)

Complete Packet Header(above "1)") requires ">=40" octets at least.
