#30 [*](2401bis) IKEv2

As the previous discussion in this mailing list, I understand
that it is not important thing where KINK comform to IKEv2
specification.  That was likely to misunderstand.

So I would like to close #30 if anybody does not have any objection.
However we don't forget to describe 2401bis things clearly.
