Speaking as an individual I'd like to see an f2f meeting even if we
don't believe the issues require one.  I think it might help us get on
the same page.  Here's a proposed agenda:

* A presentation on how kcrypto differs from crypto in 1510
* A presentation on 2401bis vs 2401
* A presentation making sure we understand the difference between
     2401bis conformance   and ikev2 conformance
* Discussion of u2u and authorization
    (we may not have enough context to know whether
    we need this yet)
* A review of the issue list

I think that getting all on the same page even if we don't need f2f
time to resolve issues would benefit us.  If others disagree, then we
should not have the meeting.
