I think that the milestones are reasonable to recover the stall
even though it is very aggressive.
From implementor's viewpoint, we would like to fix the spec ASAP.

Please clear the meaning of "Mar 05 Review issues with kink-06".
I'm not sure, but we will not be able to reflect any effort
if review starts from March.

The most difficult part would be "Mar 05 Submit kink-07".
What should be the goal of draft-07?
The contents of the draft-07 can be a halfway
if we can not solve almost issues.
# and we don't have enough time to March.
