Nico and Jeff seem to really want this feature badly.
I think I can live with that.

Yes, KDCs SHOULD include the local homedir path if available to them.
Hosts MAY ignore it.

I think for Nico and Jeff it is sufficient. If not admins can always
devise local methods to deal with users home directories, just like it
is done today with LDAP servers and RFC2307(bis) which does not provide
URIs.
