IETF 83 and draft-ietf-krb-wg-pad and draft-ietf-krb-wg-cammac

I talked to the authors and they don't believe that there is anything
requiring face to face time on the PAD and CAMMAC drafts at this point.

We'd ask anyone who does want to bring up issues about these drafts in
the meeting to write a brief note to the list. Otherwise I'll propose
bashing these off the agenda in Paris.
