I would like to see a status column in the registry.  I don't think
any special process should be required just to add that column --
process should be required to specify anything other than Protocol
Action for updating the status of any enctype.

Thus I think IANA should just add the column, with "deprecated" only
for the enctypes being deprecated by this I-D.
