The IESG has received a request from the Layer Two Tunneling Protocol 
Extensions WG to consider the following document:

- 'Transport of Ethernet Frames over L2TPv3 '
   <draft-ietf-l2tpext-pwe3-ethernet-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
