draft-ieft-l2tpext-tdm-02 has been expired for a few months, and it
still has pending updates from review comments made onlist.

Sasha Vainshtein, who presented the initial draft-galtzur-l2tpext-tdm-01
at IETF61, agreed to lead the editing of the document and post an
updated version before the next cutoff date. This would be a good time
to review the document and comment on it.
