Yes these should have been incorporated early on. I had received
comments from you , but somehow I missed this particular list.
Note that some of these problems are related to L2TPv3 specific
encapsulations, and are not specifically treated in the segmented-PW
document. Let me process the comments in an email, and we'll work to
find a solution.
