It seems at least as productive as language + country; I would bet there's not been 7847 of those combinations seriously used, nor more than a couple dozen languages used productively with various countries. So? Say I’m learning Dutch. My learner’s Dutch has interference from my German (which is adequate) and my native English. I can think of no scenario where I would *need* to tag my blog journal entries running a gamut from en to en-engnld to nl-engnld to nl.
