From my reading of
http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/cr_files/639-3_ChangeRequests_2016_Summary.pdf
, "Ga?ogbo" should be replaced by "Gaɓogbo" throughout.

(And in case my message is messed up: between "Ga-" and "-ogbo" there
should be a U+0253 LATIN SMALL LETTER B WITH HOOK.)
