As you may have seen, the explanation of David Starner are very clear and very interesting:

- Wikimedia has not provided us the correct information.

- It is technically possible to have the Fransin spelling view inside the French Wikipedia, which is great because it is exactly what we need if we want that people become aware worldwide that it is possible to access to the knowledge much more easily thanks to the Fransin spelling.

Sorry but I have not well understood where we are now:

The facts that :

- the Fransin spelling is perfectly well-defined as being the French spelling system defined and managed by the collaborative Website www.fransin.org , which will be operated as being open and democratic.

- The Fransin IT project is well-funded and also well supported technically by a 15-year-old company having provided the proof of being able to handle complex IT systems (such as our worldwide OTC Equity Derivatives Trading system).

- as a first step, if we get the enabling of Wikimedia, the whole knowledge recorded in the French Wikipedia will be available online in a few weeks/months (3.700.000 pages). This is, I guess, much-much more than the big majority of languages for which a language code or spelling sub-code has been provided. What would be the size of a country able to perform this ?

- Nobody has been able to prove that our goal and our willing of cash donation is worthless or unreachable : helping people in difficult situations to access to knowledge by themselves thanks to the simplicity provided by the Fransin spelling.

are enough to get a spelling sub-code for French from your organization, or not ?
