Well. that does NOT convince me that your idea is robust and that it would make a difference to text to speech or translation of anything but info-boxes. Infoboxes are NOT a insignificant part of Wikipedia. These days, one could say there are two Wikipedias, one limited to infoboxes (Google shows that one instantly, doesn't it?), with its own ecosystem, and another one the 'traditional' one.
