I can provide the corresponding proposed record, so that at least these
clerical details won't cause any delays if it is decided to approve the
subtag.

As a minor note, I might suggest modifying the Description so it looks
more like a brief label and less like an explanation (see other variant
subtags for comparison), but others might think it's fine as is.
