In his original 2003 proposal, Andy called this:
Scientific names (aka "Latin names") of living things
                 ("Scientific Latin")
Should we consider something like 'scientif'? The Prefix would still be "la" and there shouldn't be a need to reiterate "Latin" in the subtag value, as nobody talks about "Scientific English" or "Scientific Swahili."
