Thanks a lot Doug for your detailed and thorough answer, it's really
appreciated!

I still think it would be helpful to add the Suppress-script even though
there is a way to write it in Phagpa (which is still used exceptionally,
in seals)... I don't really think any person knowing the Tibetan
language even a little bit would have doubts that the obvious script to
write Tibetan is Tibt.
