ISO 639-3 changes: part 1 of 7

This post and the six that follow contain proposed records and registration forms to update the Language Subtag Registry based on changes made to ISO 639-3, effective January 25, 2019.

As usual, I've divided the LSR forms into separate posts based on the different sections of the ISO 639-3 "Summary of Outcomes" document, in hopes it will make reviewing of these forms against the ISO document easier.

In addition, this year there was an unusually large number of name additions and changes, especially to Australian languages, which made that section especially long. So I've subdivided that section by the page numbers in the ISO document.

The review period for all of these proposed changes ends Monday, April 15, 2019 AoE, unless extended by the Reviewer. Please take advantage of the review period to examine these forms. There were 83 sets of record plus registration form this year, so the chances of human error are non-trivial.
