In this revision, the I-D was updated to reference draft-fielding-uri-rfc2396bis-07.txt instead of RFC 2396. While the changes are straightforward, it is possible that some error was made in this update. Please review the changes made to ensure this I-D is suitable for publication on the Standard Track within the next week.
