Re: I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-ldapbis-strprep-05.txt

This revision has includes two major changes, as well as a number of
minor changes.

1) "Insignificant space removal" was renamed "Insignificant space handling" and
   updated to better deal with substrings matching.  See appendix B for rationale.

2) TeletexString (T.61) to Unicode mapping is now a local matter.  Associated
   appendices have been removed.

I do not presume that either of these changes are supported by WG consensus.
Further discussion is needed and, where appropriate, alternatives should
be suggested (with specific text).  Hence, please read and comment.
