RFC4523 certificateMatch subjectAltName

Why was the subjectAltName match only defined with the AltNameType as an 
argument? This makes it rather useless for actually matching things, if you 
can't specify a corresponding value. It seems to be unique among the 
CertificateAssertion options in that it doesn't permit a value, while all the 
other options do.
