I think that the replacement that Mark is suggesting better reflects the

I would like to see the phrase "turn off" replaced with "disable."  To
me, "turn off" implies that data integrity and confidentiality is "on"
by default which is not necessarily the case.  Otherwise, I like both of
these requirements.
