The term "applicability statement" needs to be replaced
with "profiles" as the document to which the group writes
is not a Applicability Statement in the RFC 2026 sense.

The WG should consider whether it needs to write an true
Applicatibility Statements.  For example, it may be appropriate
for this WG to produce an Applicability Statement for use of
LDAP in Replicated Environments.
