I don't think the group is hopeless lost in requirement debates, but I agree that not much progress has been made lately. I think this is mainly a "time and energy and focus" issue though. Therefore my question for the chairs and the group as a whole is: do we have enough volunteers with enough time and desire and expertise to complete the work?
