Since linking inter-organizational directories was one of the main goals of the CIP tagged index object specification, I hope that document will be discussed. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the Oslo meeting (unless some kind benefactor wants to pay for my trip). I don't know the status of the CIP documents, but I bet that Roland does!
