Hi,

after presenting KIRA in rtgwg, Juliusz Chroboczek recommended
that I post this notification also here, because important
expertise is likely also present in this WG.
People interested in scalable zero-touch routing are invited
to participate in the KIRA side meeting after the plenary
on Wednesday. Note that KIRA has not been designed as
MANET protocol and investigations on its performance in
MANETs are still pending.

More background on how KIRA works was presented at IETF 115 here:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/115/materials/slides-115-rtgwg-sessa-2022-11-10-kira-rtgwg-01

A first Internet-Draft on KIRA can be found here:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-bless-rtgwg-kira/

and more general info here: https://s.kit.edu/KIRA

At the side meeting, I'd like to briefly present some examples
for use cases, and then have some time for Q&A, open discussion,
exchanging ideas towards collaboration and next steps for
standardization.
The room is reserved until 20.00h and I'd like to close
the meeting then, so still time for having dinner afterwards.

Best regards,
  Roland
