Hello folks,

AODVv2 is pretty much ready to publish.  A good while back Alvaro was sponsoring the document and I responded to most or all of his suggestions.  I reckon the other co-authors are O.K. with getting it published.

I now have the time to work on it if so desired.  Please let me know.  I don't have funding to travel to IETF meetings but I can usually attend remotely.
