I submitted a new version of the Internet Draft.  No protocol changes 
were made, but a lot of things were changed to satisfy the requirements 
of the more recent xml2rfc and idnits processing.

Abstract:

The Ad Hoc On-demand Distance Vector Version 2 (AODVv2) routing
protocol is intended for use by mobile routers in wireless, multihop
networks. AODVv2 determines unicast routes among AODVv2 routers
within the network in an on-demand fashion.
