Requesting a channel characteristic over DLEP

Hi,

I am working on a fourth DLEP PHY related draft, which will allow the
router to dynamically change some channel specific attributes when I
noticed we have no mechanism for this in DLEP.

We have "Request Link Characteristics", but no comparable mechanism
for the whole radio channel.

Do we need a "Request Channel Characteristics" Draft first?
