[manet] DLEP Draft Update request for credit extension drafts .

Jim Guichard has asked for a couple of updated before progressing the drafts.  Wed May 22.

The References need  be fixed are because an explicit version is specified in the xml.   Removing the explicit dates and version in the xml allows the IETF tools to include the latest version.

To clarify  Jim's email about authors emails,  we chairs discussed a resolution for the Emails of Stan and David.

We believe that removing Stan Radcliff's  Email from the drafts assigned a [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> email address.  Then when David Wiggins email was removed from these drafts the same thing happened ([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>)  and the data tracker now has Stan replacing David Wiggins on the Datatracker (Not the IDs themselves) for these drafts.
We suggest adding an email to David Wiggins of [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>   to both of the above drafts which should rectify this (and remove any further collisions).

Once these two draft are updated the 4 drafts can proceed to the next step,
