[manet] Call for MANET Presentations, Draft Charter

Hi,

A MANET Working Group meeting is planned for the July IETF Meeting
(https://www.ietf.org/meeting/120/) in Vancouver, British Columbia. If
you would like to present, please respond to this message or contact
the MANET Chairs. You do not need to attend the meeting to present.

Attached is a draft of a revised MANET Charter. This Charter may be
discussed at our July meeting. The current Charter is here:
