The IESG has received a request from the Mobile Ad-hoc Networks WG (manet) to

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final

Abstract


   This document defines an extension to the Dynamic Link Exchange
   Protocol (DLEP) that enables a DiffServ aware credit-window scheme
   for destination-specific and shared flow control.
